We are providers for the following Manage Care Networks: American Specialty Health, Chirocare, Optum Health, PHCS (Private Healthcare Systems) Network, HSM Group and UHC (United Healthcare) Group. If your employer has your health insurance managed by anyone of these companies, City Chiropractic is a preferred provider for all of these groups. If you do not have insurance, we also offer a payment plan that is comparable to most insurance co-pays. Cash payment plans are also available.
